WealthUnite Advisors is a boutique advisory firm with a niche market in advising UK expats that reside in the US. Currently we manage primarily UK SIPP assets, however are looking to bolster our service to clients by adding a Financial Advisor to assist with US financial planning and investment management. Our clients are primarily made up of HNW individuals and senior executives.

We are a small office in which we respect and care about our team as much as we do our clients.  We maintain the highest standards of ethics, integrity and intellectual rigor, and are constantly striving to improve the advice and service we provide to our clients.

We are looking for a new team member to help generate and assist in the delivery of financial plans and concepts and will also help oversee and manage processes that support multiple client relationships.

The Client Services Manager will be an integral part of the business and immediately work with our existing client base to maintain current and existing client relationships. The Client Services Manager will work alongside the founder of WealthUnite to assist with the day-to-day management of client accounts.

An ideal candidate would be process and detail oriented with the ability to work independently and as a part of a small, interactive office environment. They must be both well-spoken and well-written. Importantly, this role requires strong interpersonal skills and a very strong focus on process management details.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the firm’s advisors
  • Respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in essential office duties, such as answering and routing phones, responding to emails, and scheduling.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
  • Self-motivated and focused
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Process oriented and can work in a collaborative environment
